Priscilla manages all aspects of the Foundation's grantmaking program as Senior Program Officer. Having been with the Foundation for the past five years, Priscilla is the staff expert on the role and impact of Howard County's nonprofit sector on our communities. Along with several committees, Priscilla reviews hundreds of grant, scholarship, and award applications each year and works with our nonprofit grantees to provide technical assistance. Priscilla graduated from Howard County's Leadership Essentials program in 2010, and served on the board of twentyfivefortyfive for the past 3 years. Priscilla resides in Town Center with her husband and her dog Toby.


Debbie Daskaloff

Ms. Daskaloff will be responsible for growing the Foundation’s endowment fund, currently valued at $13 million, and developing and sustaining relationships with new and existing donors. For the past five years, Ms. Daskaloff served as Chief Development Officer for United Cerebral Palsy of Central Maryland (UCP-CM). As part of the Management Team there, she increased both funding and community awareness of the organization. Prior to that, she was Assistant Vice President for Public Relations and Marketing at Union Memorial Hospital. Ms. Daskaloff worked many years at Howard County General Hospital, most recently as Executive Director of the Howard Hospital Foundation. She and her husband Tom have lived in Columbia, Maryland since 1982.

The Office Administrator works with the President and staff to accomplish the Foundation’s mission by ensuring the accurate and efficient management of internal operations.  The duties include, computer and records management, correspondence, marketing support and general office management. April and her family have lived in Columbia for several years. She comes to the Foundation with extensive office management experience.
