Three Howard County Non-Profit Organizations Offer Grant Writing Workshop
Columbia, Maryland - May 17, 2007 - The Association of Community Services (ACS), The Columbia Foundation and the Horizon Foundation will present a workshop for Howard County nonprofit organizations on “How to Begin with the End in Mind … Measuring Program Outcomes.”

Phyllis Utterback, Program Evaluator for The Horizon Foundation, will conduct the training on Thursday, February 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Loyola College Graduate Center, 8890 McGaw Road, Columbia, Maryland. Cost of the session is $35.00 per person. Topics include how to ensure that your program is accomplishing its objectives and what information you need to collect to determine if your program is making a difference.
